These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Physaio mobile application, website, and associated services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using Physaio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Physaio. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

2. Our Services

Physaio provides AI-assisted physiotherapy and sports exercise guidance, educational content, real-time feedback, and performance tracking. Our content is designed by qualified professionals but is not a substitute for in-person medical diagnosis or physical therapy.

You acknowledge that:

• The AI-generated guidance does not constitute medical advice.
  
  

• You should consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.
  
  

• All exercise is performed at your own risk.
  
  

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  
  

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
  
  

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes;
  
  

• Reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without permission;
  
  

• Use automated means to access the app (bots, scripts, etc.);
  
  

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates privacy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, features, and functionality on Physaio are owned by Physaio or its licensors and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the app may be available under a paid subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay applicable fees as described at the time of purchase;
  
  

• Allow recurring billing, unless canceled;
  
  

• Understand that all fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Physaio Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated content;
  
  

• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  
  

• That the exercises will be suitable for your specific health condition.

  Use of the app is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Physaio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  
  

• Injury or health complications arising from exercise;
  
  

• Loss of data or profits from your use of the Service.
  

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or other harmful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
